Studio Schedule

Covid Prevention:

  • Wear a mask at all times
  • No sharing of equipment
  • Workouts are done in your own area
  • Cleaning of all equipment is done after each class
  • 15 minutes between classes to air out the studio
  • Stay home if you don’t feel well
  • Follow the appropriate protocol for Covid exposure
