Seniors & Beginners

This class is designed for clients that want to improve strength and balance. We offer a variety of options for this group. We use light weights, TRX and Balls and Bands. We added some Cardio Drumming to get our hearts pumping at the beginning of class. This is an excellent class to learn new exercises to be done at home. Great group of women! We try to keep the client to instructor ratio 8 to 1 so we can help you at your level. Please sign up for this class so we know how many instructors to schedule.

We work with you at your current level and progress from there. SENIOR STRONG!
