It’s a great way to start or end your day! Most of us don’t take the time for ourselves life gets busy but we have 30 minutes. It’s 30 minutes of fitness, fun, laughs, maybe a little pain from working your butt off. Last it’s the amazing ladies you are there with. We are all there to better ourselves and to feel fit and healthy. It will put a smile on your face. Sloane and the other teachers do amazing job helping us all out even us BBP (bad back people) I love my Fit in 30 Family!!!

Fit in 30 offers a fun workout that can be easily modified for any fitness level. The groups are fun and energetic, and Sloane and her fellow instructors are helpful and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend this whether you are just starting out or if you’ve been working out for awhile. There’s something for everyone!

I came to Fit in 30 because I needed a boost in my weekly workout regimen. The HIIT class on Saturday mornings has done that for me. It is very challenging, but Sloane makes it fun and you are out the door in 30 minutes. I definitely noticed a difference in my leg strength on recent ski trips to the Rockies.
