Tabata is designed to do hard short bursts of an exercise with a rest after each set. At Fit in 30 we tweak the time and the rest based on the exercises.
This class is a high intensity class that kicks butt. We generally use this format for cardio and core, interchanging with HIIT. Both options are AWESOME!
